This review of Scoop is brought to you by AppVee.com.
Scoop is a paid app that connects to digg and provides you all the information on digg that you could possibly want to at least browse to. It is a paid app, so that is kind of frustrating especially considering it is not from digg directly, but you can search to the popular and upcoming. In the settings area, you can choose to the different topics that you want to take a look through. You can look for specific topics if you like or you do not have to that at all. You can browse all of them. You can also go page to page on the specific topics unlike you can on the web app version. And then the settings you can actually display how many stories you want to see per page and you can actually set how much detail you want to see of that story on the main page. It makes it very useful.
You can email the story, you can send the story over to a Safari and load it up and read it there, but you cannot comment on the story. You cannot log in to your digg account and leave a plus one, minus one or a comment, nor can you read all of the comments. So it is very similar to the web app in that nature, but it is pretty interesting, it is pretty handy if you really want to read specific stories on the go and they are not on the first page than you might be interested in this app. If not, stick with the web app until digg comes out with something a little bit more of official.
