Now that we know what diet is right for you and we can personalize it the next step is to know your calories and what you need to take in as energy. With ediets.com we can also help you do that or dietician can help establish your calories. Another set it is important to include the exercise whether you are exercising now continue it and maybe step it up a little bit or you have never exercise before start including it in your program that will help you get rid of some of those extra pounds along with eating a healthy balance diet. Another tip that I highly recommend is journaling. I usually call it a 24 hour recall, you can journal, you can jot down your food intake for the day. I just think it is really important because it really gets that accountability factor in there and a lot of times what we think we will be interrupted today is an always what we actually have. And sometimes if we actually write it down you can see those foods and then at the end of the day you can think alright you know what I could have done without that and I that could save you some calories. Make dieting fun. It is important to take baby steps and you are not going to get there in one day. So make it light enjoy yourself and just continue to eat healthy and keep moving.
