Video Transcript: (More)
Locate the database you wish to manage. As you can see, there are currently no tables in this database. Let's go ahead and add some now. Browse your local hard drive for the sql file and load it automatically through the upload process.
As you can see, the tables have been successfully created in the database. Periodically, you will want to save the data created in your database. Let's see how to do that now. Highlight the tables that you wish to save (dump) to your hard drive. If you like, you can highlight all the tables with one click. Select the file format you wish to use in saving the dump. For convenience, you can "memorize" the format of the dump for future use.
It is recommended that you create a schedule and back up your database(s) on a regular basis. You are now able to manage a MySQL, database in PHPMyAdmin in cPanel.
