So you always want to be sure that as you are fielding the ball, it's on the glove-side center of your body. This allows you to have rhythm and to continue to play the first base. So we were here, glove-side center to hands, the ball will go into the glove, and then you will come up to set your feet and come around.
If we comeback in this position, as soon as we go, gloves are to the throwing-side center, but you can notice now the body is off balance. Now we have to reset the feet to come back to make a proper throw by resetting the feet. We are going to take more time; a fast runner is going to beat it by half a step.
