True Confessions: Snickers Bars

I used to hide, Snickers bar in the tampon boxes at my house. Because my mom used to mark up what I used to eat when I was a kid, because I was fat. So she used to give me a lot of amounts of puff rice. So she gave me bags of puff rice to snack on.

Have you ever had puff rice? It's like a tissue, this is disgusting. It's like 60 calories for three barrels, it's like it's disgusting and it's awful. So what I would do, it was like, we didn't see and count, so I would hide snickers boxes and the tampons boxes because she wouldn't go into a tampon box because tampon apparently got stuck inside you and you could never get them out. This is what her mentality was.

So my sister who was a teenager would buy boxes of tampons. My mom was petrified of tampons, because once it get stuck you have to live with it forever. So that was my secret stash of snickers bars. And then everyone is like why are you so fat. Why didn't you lost any weight, all you eat is puff rice. Oh my God, I don't know, this puff rice is not working at all. Because I another -- I totally want a snickers bar right now. Good times.
