Now some people say, “I eat as much as they want, but their portion sizes might be this big.” Or they say, you know “I can eat anything.” And they eat anything, they just do not eat a lot of it or they may be as busy as can be, they never sit down, they always working, exercising or doing something, so that creates a calorie deficit and they just do not gain weight. Now they may not say this on purpose, but they do not have a real perspective of what they are doing and what they are eating. So my suggestion is this, try to listen to them, because again, unless you watch them 24 hours a day, you are not going to get an accurate idea of what hey are eating and what they are doing. So my suggestion is just worry about yourself, focus on your eating, focus on your activities, it will keep you from getting depressed and sidetracked. Love your body.
