This drill we use to practice our pulling guards, our flankers, and our backs when we want them to go on motion. They are pulling; it is good fundamental foot work. It is the same right hand, if they are down, behind the leg, driving crossover step straight down. On the quick; hit. Hit.

Now we are going to send them back, pulling on the left. Working on the drive step and having them stay low. Stay real low. Hit.
