Before the game can start we got to work on getting in a good stands. What we want to do is we want to get our feet, shoulder width. Bend our knees. So we are very comfortable. We want our back straight.
And what we are doing right now is we are showing a good offensive stands. So we will go into a ready position, head up, elbows on the knees and we are very comfortable so we can move laterally. Brandon just- you are comfortable? Can you move your- Hey. What we want to do now is we want to take our right hand up, if we are right handed, left hand if we are left handed.
And all we want to do is put it out in front of us and drop our right foot back or our left foot back. On set, ready. Set. Down, head up, you will notice he got his back straight. His got his head up. He still has a fair amount of weight on the back of his feet so he is mobile. He is in a good sprinter position so he can fire out and stay low. His weight is distributed so he can move well and he is not going to be knocked off one side or the other.
