Fast leg runs: here we are going to focus on our run technique. We ought to keep good tall posture. Start with a jog forward. On every fourth bounce, you are going to cycle the leg, knee up, heel up, toe up. Drive the elbow back. Keep good posture. This is at explosive firing mechanism that we need to teach that leg how to cycle and step down hard for good force.
Intermediate level: we want to exchange legs. We want to bounce forward then do our right leg and then switch. On the next one, we are going to do the left leg.
