Falling runs, standing tall like a tree. Stabilize your core, suck in your belly button and tuck in the back. We want to lock in that core. Now you are going to fall forward to about a 45 degree angle and explode into a full acceleration sprint. These are ten yard burst of acceleration. Putting force down into the ground. Bring the knee up, heel up, toe up, especially that toe up. We got to step down and smash the ground. Drive the elbows back aggressively. Remember posture is critical, if you dip the head and look down at the ground, your posture is going to be bad. Keep the head up, looking straight down the field. Head up for good football.
