Now, I need to replace this two shapes with, “Have a snickers for breakfast and a snickers for lunch and a sensible dinner and you still loose weight.” Why is that? Snickers have only about 280 calories. I am not talking about the big king size once. I am talking about your regular play old snickers bar. So, 280 for breakfast, 280 for lunch and that is 550 calories for those two meals.
Add sensible dinner, another 600 and it will be 1,200 calories for the day. You will loose weight on that. Now, here is a little tip. It is not the content of the food that matters. It is not the breakdown of the proteins, the fats or the carbohydrates that causes weight loss. It is the total number of calories in those foods that you eat.
So, what matters if you have shape for breakfast, a shape for lunch and then a sensible dinner or snickers for breakfast, a snicker for lunch and then a sensible dinner. And still the total number of calories you take in throughout the day. Not the content to those calories. Decrease the number of calories that you are taking for a day and you will loose weight.
