Breastfeeding - Postioning

Host: You have to change the way you hold the baby against the nipple, in any particular position, like a foot ball position, side lying position or it doesn't matter so much?

Myrtle Hodge: There are many different positions that we use at breast feeding, but most important that people do is, you can side lying, you can do the cradle or Madonna position, or a lot like the diamond position, and I like to say underarm, I don't like football and I think we are playing games. I think of underarm hold across the chest, but what is beneficial is, what is comfortable for mom and baby.
