Street Magic - Coin Gone

Male: Alright, it is Christina here.

Christina: Yes.

Male: Okay Christina, I want you to check that coin and make sure it is okay, it is just a coin.

Christina: Yes, it is fine.

Male: Okay, it is non-sense, silver and shiny but it is no trap doors or anything, it is solid here.

Christina: Yes.

Male: And I got a handkerchief as well, can you just check that handkerchief, make sure it is okay. Magicians, they always say there is something funny about the sleeves right so I am just going to pull my sleeve right back and I have not got any secret pocket in my arm alright. So there is nothing here, there are no trap doors or anything like that. Now, Christina, put the coin on my hand. What I want you to do is open up the handkerchief and lay the handkerchief over the top of my hand, that is good.

Now, this is important, people are going to say it is gone already, that is what a lot of people say so first Christina, just feel underneath the handkerchief, go inside there and can you feel the coin there?

Christina: Yes. So well.

So obviously in this situation, Rose is acting like our first spectator, it is better if you go to a crowd of people if you go along, it takes the heat somehow that you got an assistant, it takes the heat off if you got more people. But Rose can literally feel it under there and you can feel the coin is still there.

Now, this is the move. Wayne is hiding his hands in his pockets before that are important because when he goes back to that position in a second, is going to look very casual indeed. He literally reaches underneath and he takes the coin away at the same time is confirming still there, it is still there and he is my hidden assistant.
