Video Transcript: (More)
The difference between the Backside and Frontside is the way you ride on the board. Let say, first of all you figure out are you regular or goofy footed.
I am regular footed for some reason it is a surfing, I came from surfing and right this way you are goofy footed.
When you turn with your face in front facing the wave you are going front side, when you are back spacing the way we are going Backside then it turns to the ramp, the ramp is facing you are going Frontside, if your back instead of ramp Backside.
And every trick has a Frontside trick to it, every trick has a Backside version of it. Frontside grind, there is backside grind.
Rock and roll, there is Frontside rock and roll, and Backside rock roll. Kind a like left and right, and you want to work on your Frontside and Backside.
