What is up? This is Dexter, I am in my car but I am not moving for some of you that were concern of me driving and doing these at the same time.
So, I am about to give you a lesson two in beat boxing. And lesson two is about timing.
So, in lesson one, we practice breathe on sounds and breathe out sounds. Lesson two is timing.
So, let me show you the most common sounds that you are going to hear in a song.
First, you are going to hear something like a ?shaker? or a ?high-hat?. So, it will be (Music playing) or (Music playing).
Then you are going to hear either a clap or snare. So it is going to sound like (Music playing) snap.
That is what I use (Music playing).
Then are you are going to have your base line (Music Playing). I do that. That is like holding all the air in your throat (Music Playing) then just releasing it (Music playing) like someone punches you (Music playing). So, put that together (Music playing).
So, that is timing. I am timing my breathe in sounds and my breathe out sounds. So, (Music playing) breathe out (Music playing) breathe in (Music playing). That is not really breathing, that is kind of breathing out a little bit (Music playing) to your nose (Music playing). Really the breathe in is a quick breathe in. If you get that (Music playing) and you take deep breathe in (Music playing). So, practice that timing and stay tune for the next lesson. And you guys are going to like this one.
