Maria Aviles: Feng Shui is an area of ancient Chinese metaphysics, said to improve the environment and harmony within a home business or even a nursery.
Aaron Lee Koch: Feng Shui is an ancient Chinese science and art. In the same way that Reiki or Acupuncture works with the Chi or vital life energy in the human body to improve your feeling of well being and to improve your health; Feng Shui works with the same Chi or vital life energy but in the environment, in the interior environment.
We work primarily with the unseen influences, because the unseen influences, the flow the Chi through a building has a constant influence on the occupants of that building.
Judith Wendell: I am using my dowsing rod here to try to ascertain what the energy level is. With this amount of movement in the rod, I can see that there is some disturbance and that can be equalized with many things, one of which is the clearing and blessing ceremony and also some adjustments we'll do in the room.
To determine exactly what is the disturbance, I tend to ask questions to a pendulum and dowse that way, to see if it's a Geopathic Stress, something coming from the ground or the building or perhaps emotional, a negative energy force of one kind or another.
So, some general tips for any parent preparing the nursery are the following. First of all, clutter, that's one on one. Absolutely no clutter in the nursery. I know there are toys lying around but, try to keep them in bins, keep them in little chest, only have them out while the baby is playing with them.
Let the room air out at least once a day, that's bringing fresh ions into the room, also natural light which is extremely important. I see that, you actually do have an air purifier.
Speaker: We certainly do.
Judith Wendell: Yeah, well, that's excellent. One thing I will say though, is that, they do tend to give up high level of EMF, the electromagnetic frequencies. So, you have to be careful, not to have it too close to the crib.
I have a little meter here, called the Gauss Meter which checks that. It's starting to have an effect over here. So, I would prefer it a little further from the crib.
The placement of the crib, as I said, is not only important for the child's personal directions, but notice what's on the other side of the wall. Sometimes we'll have a big screen TV on the other side of the wall and that's giving a lot of electromagnetic stress to the child.
If the door is in line with a window, having a crystal in that path will help diffuse that fast moving Chi.
Have the art in the room emulate what you want your child to aspire to, which would be things that are healthy, things that are growing, things that are very nurturing and uplifting.
Aaron Lee Koch: The benefits of living in harmony with the energies of our planet are tremendous. Bad Feng Shui can cause a lot of problems in life. It can create problems in relationships, it can create health problems, it can block opportunities.
Diana Griffin: We have been trying to get pregnant for over a year, and I was getting really frustrated. We tried charting my fertility, taking my temperature, looking at fertility signals, we used the fertility monitor, our relation predictors and we were timing it. We thought perfectly and nothing was working.
Patrick: I felt like there was a lot of pressure on me to perform. I took it on, a lot of it on, I think, without even letting Diana know about. Then after a year or so, I was getting pretty frustrated with it.
Diana Griffin: When we got back our recommendations from Aaron, one of the first things we did was kind of complete our bedroom, which we have been working on. And we had to change some of the original things, colors and fixtures that we had picked and we put all of that into place and nothing happened, fertility wise for us.
Patrick: So, one of the first things that Aaron told me when I called him and I told him that we were considering changing bedrooms, he said he was really glad, because he had been worried about us. The bedroom that we had chosen was not a good bedroom.
The angle of our ceiling is kind of pressed down, energetically they pushed down and in, and that's not good to have over us while we are sleeping.
Diana Griffin: Six weeks after we switched bedrooms, we can see it telling us and I really believe that Feng Shui had a lot to do with it. When I found out, I was pregnant I was shaking. It was about 6 o'clock in the morning and I just had a feeling this was different and I don't know why, I can tell you nothing felt different, but I just -- I couldn't wait anymore, so I got up early and I took a test and I saw it and I came back to the bedroom and I sat in the bed and started to cry, and Patrick woke up and he started to cry and --
Patrick: That was just an Aw! I was like amazed, truly amazed. I had never thought that -- after that day, that we would be sitting here with just little, perfect little angel. Feng Shui can work, it can help certainly. If I do the things that I recommended and I trust the process, I can get some results.
