I am Steve Turano welcome to subset body performance this episode is about focusing in the fat in the calories that you eat. Let me give an example, regular milk is about 3.5% fat by volume. What does that mean? It means that about 85% of milk is water it means another 11.5% is proteins and carbohydrates and the remaining 3.5% is fat. Well that does not sound too bad when you compare it by volume but then when you compare it by calories about 50% of the calories that came from milk comes from fat and this is not a good thing. You should be focusing in on the total amount of fat in the food you eat not the carbohydrate. You see carbohydrates have only four calories per grand fat has nine calories per grand twice the calories and the bad things about fat is once you eat it there is no conversion time it only takes a few hours before it sticks to your bone. Love your body.
