Hi, everyone! This is RDM again and I am going to be doing another card trick and explaining it.
For this one, you need 21 cards. It does not matter what they are, just 21 cards. You need to lay them out in three rows of seven, like so. I cannot really demonstrate this one. All I can do is explain it because you need somebody to pick a card. You tell the person and say, “I need you to think of a card here, that is in these rows. You need to think of it. Do not point at it or show me it. Do not tell me nothing, just think of a card” and ask him what row the card is in. Let us say they are thinking of the king of clubs. Let us say they are thinking about it and they say, “Well, my card is in the first row”, so you have to take the rows down and whatever where row they say, it has to be the middle one. So if this is in the first row, this is the second row, it has to go in the middle of two rows.
This time you have to lay the cards out across like this. Now, cards are out again and they have to find the king of clubs, and there it is, the king of clubs in the first row. They have to find it again and you ask them, “What row is your card in now?” and they say rows one.
You take down the rows and ask to go in the middle, like you did before, and we have to lay the cards out across one more time. Now, you ask them one more time, “In what row is your card in?” This time it is in the second, and whatever row they say last, it will always be the fourth card. This is the king of clubs.
Thanks for watching and I will see you again next time.
