FULL VIDEO for Advanced PayPal byPass Security Measuring

Today I will show the PayPal Bug that we can by pass Security Measuring
With this BUG you can check email /pass for PayPal, access to PayPal (that you have right email + pass)
withOUT enter or must know Secret Answer or else for passing Security Measuring from PayPal
We can by pass Security Measuring with:
--- 1 IP (any IP, socks, proxy) even BlackListed IP
--- No need any software, add-on
--- 5 to 20 seconds for by pass Security Measuring
--- and then you can use the PayPal as yours without Limited or Problems

here I have some random checked PayPal Account that got Security Measuring as example for this video bug

Now we just use the checked PayPal to login... and of course we got Security Measuring from PAYPAL
and we do NOT have any info to pass this ... YEAH, but it easy ... look .. COOL ??? This acc was limited cause many people use to test with my TUT
---- ok now move to another account to pass Security Measuring
--- No problem with only 1 IP ^^ .... and even no need to Delete Cookies or else
--- yup, got Security Measuring again, no problem... I will pass it know. Somewrong with session.. COOL ??
--- And can use this account normally as owner without filling any information for Security Measuring ... :)
YOu see?? No limit, no problem still 1 IP
-- NO problem and what even your IP, SOCKS, BROWSER is ... you can access PayPal as owner

This BUG is very serious high risk !!!! .... Carders, Hackers, Cashers, Disclaimers can access and by pass anything with PayPal once they knew/checked the victim Info (email PayPal + Pass) ... Nowaday it's not hard for searching Email + Pass to check for PayPal account ... And the maint/first important is they must by pass the Security Measuring from PayPal ... (that we can do when watching from starting still now) ,,,,,
