My name is Richard. I am 25 years old and suffering from bi-polar type 2 with severe depression. Because of the severity of my depression i have been in and out of the hospital and not working. I am just starting to get my life back as these new medications seem to be working fairly well.

I love to write and look for interesting things to share with others on the internet. I love being involved with others and having interesting conversations as well as working with others to accomplish something.

I live in Canada, and can't wait for the spring, so tired of the cold and snow, but spring is just around the corner so i am happy about that.
