More of Mine

  • On the nation of Israel

by kurtsteinbach | in Culture & Society > Politics

I have sat and watched the nations of the world do that which they do NOT have the either the right or the moral authority to do, stand by and judge and pass judgment on the only true friend to freedom and democracy in the Middle East.

  • Gays in the military

by kurtsteinbach | in Culture & Society > Politics

Gay, Straight, Bisexual, Homosexual, and Heterosexual, regardless of sexual orientation all military personnel whether officer or enlisted are held to the same high standards of good order and discipline as heterosexual sailors

  • Volunteering, Parents, and Students

by kurtsteinbach | in Education > General

Teachers have long sought greater relationships with students and their families; moreover, much research exists to support the establishment and maintenance of terrific family and community relations such as Canter and Canter in Parents on Your Side.

  • We Must Prosecuting Bush Administration Officials for Torture

by kurtsteinbach | in Culture & Society > Politics

The Nuremberg Tribunals worked because they had as their cornerstone the rule of law; because the Nuremberg defendants were charged in written indictments; the defendants were given competent counsel and afforded zealous representation (as Eichmann later would be); everything was above board. Bush's tactics more closely represents the antithesis of the Nuremberg Trials...The Nazis.
