I agree with you. But do you think only these are ( dental cleaning etc) are main reason for medical expenses? There are more reason like pollution, smoking which causes allergy to both children and adults. How can we reduce that ? and moreover people are fond of junk foods which also causes diseases and obesity that may lead to some health problems.
