I am a custom carpenter and a proffessional knife sharpener. I can sharpen just about anything that doesn't have a serrated edge.
I enjoy collecting antique & vintage tools & building with reclaimed materials, especially antique barnwood. I have a large supply of barnwood oak. So far I have built a coffee table with a reclaimed marble top, a five-panel entry door, a hall bench, & a display shelf divider wall. All custom built for customers in my area. The lumber was free. All I had to do was tear down the structure. Everything I have built with this lumber has proven to be very profitable.
I started my own sharpening business 2 years ago after buying my sharpening system mainly to sharpen my own shop tools. I started sharpening knives for restaurants. I now sharpen at swap meets, farmer's markets, motorcycle events and anywhere else that people gather that might have sharpening needs. I also sell new & vintage knives at these events. I do all this in my spare time. Most of my time is spent serving my community; feeding the hungry 5 days a week and helping to improve my community and share God's love any time I am able. Serving God is my first priority!
