About Me:

I have always loved reading and writing, ever since I was a small child. I remember one day going in to the local library and finding that there wasn't a single book of interest to me that I hadn't read. I used to go in there and get three or four seven day books and return them, having all been read, before the seven days were over.

Whenever I had something on my mind, I would immediately start writing. Articles, poetry, journaling, as long as I was writing I was happy. I love being able to reach out and touch someone with my written thoughts, feelings and experiences.

I Lost 15 Pounds in a Month

I really did lose 15 pounds in a month, without dieting. I was never hungry and never had to sit and avoid food. I'm not a nutritionist or a doctor but over the years I've found that dieting just doesn't work. Eating right does work, and that's what I did.
