About Me: New to Bukisa, I'm a fledgling writer on eHow, mostly trying to share with others things that have helped me (assumes others can learn without making mistakes I made ;) - have a blog that discusses a lot of what I learned the hard way about losing weight and keeping it off - more about the upfront commitment needed (how to know if you have it?) and how to get healthy with a 3-pronged attack. But, if nothing else, I am a sponge, soaking up a lot of information. I try things out, then adjust if they don't work. What I learn becomes what I can teach.
