I started with affiliate marketing when I tried to earn some money online but I find it too difficult because of the stiff competition. I was torn between PPC and article marketing. One would mean instant traffic to my affiliate products but maybe instant bankruptcy too. The other would mean a slow, trickling traffic but still I see no improvement in my affiliate earnings.

Then I thought people go online don't usually look for products to purchase. Most look for information. Why don't I be the one providing them with the information. So, I look for ways to earn money writing content. I did get a couple of projects through a forum I join. I was paid upfront so after I finish I don't get paid anymore. There must be a way I can get paid over and over again. Then I came across this method of payment for writers where they get paid by page views which mean that every time somebody view their article they'll get paid. That sounds like residual income to me. So here I am at Bukisa earning by page views.
