The site is new but the company behind it has been around for quite a while. Previous projects include Qondio, also a paying site with a membership fee, still going strong after 2+ years.

The membership fee is the easiest and surest way of preventing people from opening multiple accounts. Multiple accounts would kill the democratic review process, people would open dozens of accounts just to vote their own pieces up. Hence the membership fee.

By the way, if you live outside the USA, keep in mind that the owner of the Factoidz scam knows that you don't have much to back you up legally in the US. However, they do encourage you to submit your copyrighted work to them because, you can be taken advantage of so much more easily than US citizens. Therefore, if you are in another country, your best bet is to keep searching for another good content submission site other than the Factoidz scam site.

You will find while, you are researching the Factoidz scam and Mike Quoc owner of the factoidz scam that there is a new abundance of articles on various sites including the factoidz scam site that tell you contrary to the truth of the matter. However, the authors of those goody, goody factoidz articles are rumored to being paid extra to do so. Just another scam tactic and expected of course, when you are dealing with scam artists who wish to take advantage of you too, while stealing your copyrights.

Hi babygirl3605. You can join as a scout affiliate, which is free and make money by telling others about Fortitude, you'd be surprised at the amount of money that will accumulate from just being a scout and then when you are able to receive payout, you can turn right around and easily afford the contributor fee which is only about 25.oo for a year. Believe me, it's worth it even if your articles come in on the low pay side, they are still published somewhere online and that is always a wonderful thing when it comes to online exposure for your work. Check it out again and consider being a Scout affiliate!

Hi Click and Aaron, thanks for commenting, sorry for the delay in responding. Aaron is correct, the small fee is in place to keep things honest for those who write and review on the site. I was a bit hesitant about it as well, but from what I've seen going on in my user control panel tells me that it is well worth the small fee to join the Fortitude membership as well as it's affiliate program.

I have never seen anything that works as fast as this does to pay you for the efforts you put in. Check it out and then think about it, even joining free as an affiliate scout pays very well.
