Anyone who raises their "drawbridge" to their accessibility should draw suspicion. When Howard provides no email address with witch to contact him - that tells me he wants to shun responses or refutation regarding what he broadcasts. Howard's site demands a forum that gives the public a fair chance at commenting on what he delivers. This also means CONVENIENCE of access and ACKNOWLEDGEMENT of a message. Thai is what consumers deserve ....not one-sided opinions that may prove to be erroneous and harmful.

Here is an example re. what Howard touts as such a great deal, but it has caveats that went unmentioned. I wonder how many people will get screwed with subsequent bad service from OOMA resulting from Howard's heralding. This is the kind of services Howard should be providing: See http://www.oomaphonereviews.com/ for customer comments about OOMA.....not just Howard's!

I have had this system for over two years now with easy set up and never a problem until the past month when I have had problems with callers unable to hear me or hearing only every other word;on the support forum there are others now with the same problem and no consistent solution found;the tech people feign ignorance of the problem despite the forum complaints;so be careful, the low price may help you for only a short time before you have to abandon the service What's great about it: no phone bills after initial purchase What's not so great: Problems with voice quality,poor support No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

This product does not work properly, when you call local numbers the people sound as if they are under water. Calling the service department is a total waste of time, they tell you time after time that someone will call back in 24 to 48 hours but no calls are returned, you keep calling and ask for a supervisor, but they are “always helping another customer” and will return your call, but again you never receive a call back. I have had the ooma for 3 months and I have been calling for the full 3 months and the problem has never been resolved. I am returning it and I would strongly suggest you never purchase this product.
