I enjoy writing but lack the discipline necessary to write well. However I've decided to write and keep writing until I can do so with reasonable ease.
My favourite subject is Christianity but I enjoy reading about all kinds of spirituality and religion. The search for truth and for meaning in life fascinates me.
I love nature and animals and had a pet dog for years. Walking, especially in mountainy and coastal areas is a favourite hobby.
I also enjoy History and Geography and have an interest in sports.
It's nice to be part of this community.

The Stations of the Cross recall the passion and death of Jesus Christ as witnessed by His mother. Retracing His steps she made fourteen stops at significant places. These stops became known as Stations. At each Station a person stops and meditates on the scene before him. Most Catholic Churches and Chapels have the Stations of the Cross Indoors.

The Statue of the Risen Christ was the focal point of the altar at Pope John Paul ii's papal mass in Ljubljana, Slovenia. It is a figure of an upright Christ with arms outstretched. The statue was presented by its sculptor, Andrej Ajdic, to Medjugorje. It now stands in a special garden at the back of the church.
