Welcome, one and all. :-)
I'm a multi-published, award-winning author of fiction and non-fiction, with many varied interests and a penchant for curious and serendipitous lore. I'm always looking for the silver linings in the clouds. A pragmatic romantic, that's me. If my work manages to entertain and inform, that's good. If it inspires, that's even better. I believe in love and laughter, heroism and happy endings, so that's what I write about.

Windshield wipers and signal flares… They may not seem as though they have anything in common, yet both are very useful devices that can help save lives—and both were invented by a member of the so-called weaker sex (hah). In honor of “Women’s History Month,” here’s how they came about…

NutritionalFitness on Home Hydrotherapy - Immerse Yourself In Healing on 1240865287
I've never heard of hydrotherapy, very interesting...My favorite therapy has been Chiropractic care. I have seen amazing results. The spinal cord connects the brain to all the nerves and it is amazing what it feels like to feel good. It can help with high blood pressure, headaches, and all sorts of problems. For me it was pressure in my ears from muscle spasm all throughout my neck. Unfortunately people wait until they see the symptoms of their injured spine. http://nutritionalfitness.blogspot.com

srhgompf on For Authors: How to Impress a Publisher on 1236037614
I always read what I've written out loud. Sometimes what's written on paper looks coherent, but sounds disjointed when read aloud. You're right, though. Editing and proofing gives an author a better chance of selling their story.
