About Me:
Hello I'm Jennifer Lynch I am a writer, poet, therapist and healer, I really enjoy being creative.  I particularly love the countryside, animals and dancing.   I started with ballroom at 16 still dancing at 47 getting better particularly at salsa.  I have two talented and creative sons age 20 and 22 so proud parent. I am the writer of two ebooks Skin Deep and The Silver Lining.  Writing is my greatest passion.  My mother is the novelist Gillian Kaye who writes historical romance.  Although I was adopted, I feel that writing is in my blood!

This is an excellent article and I couldn't agree more. Actually I did use to have dyslexia as a child but with confidence I have grown out of it and all those extra english lessons because they thought I couldn't see. Still I know exactly what you are talking about. Sloppy language, is well, sloppy!

Hello friend, I think that this ego article is fantastic. I have recently come to the same conclusion about my ego. We cannot kill our ego, we can only acknowledge it's existence and by doing so it stops running riot. It is sort of "how are you today". My ego will then feel fine as it knows that I am observing it and honouring that it is part of me without desperately trying to live without it. In a way yes that does make it all run riot along with the unhealed child which is all caught up in that. jennifer lynch www.angelwisdom.co.uk
