Nathan G last signed in Sep 05 2010 and has been on Bukisa since Nov 10, 2009.
I am a graduate in Media Studies and have enjoyed writing from an early age. I like to see how I have progressed over the years and have put up some of my early pieces.
I want to share my work as well as read others to give constructive feedback. I believe in quanlity not quantity and I am very passionate about what I do. I will comment as much as I can and look out for the laest pieces from friends. I look forward to feedback and hope you enjoy my work.
I also post poetry, pictures and video on Triond

This was a quick idea I had for a bit of humour. Shorter than my usual work it's a quick bit of fun.
A parody review of The Dark Knight. This one highlights more of the positive aspects as it's one of my favourite movies.
A review and parody of Batman Begins. A movie which showed how reboots should be done
Parody of Iron Man 2. I really enjoyed the movie and think it makes a good sequel. Warning contains spoilers!
4th part of a series parodying the Batman movies.
Batman Forevever reviewed in a parody script. It's not an awful movie and it has some good ideas, such as Bruce Wayne coming to peace with who he is. But the story gets too silly at times and Two Face is a let down.
Second part of my parodies of the Batman series. Batman Returns is a good film but I don't think it matches up to the first. Nolan had the right idea, keeping the Joker for his sequel.
A parody review of the 1989 Tim Burton version of Batman. This is the first part of my planned parodies of the Batman film series. Coming soon Batman Returns: First Draft Parody Script
The sequel to 28 days later was better than I expected even with some big flaws in the plot. Here is a parody.

@thestickman I see your point.
Nathan, you open with "...Media Writing, a course few people understand and may not want to." I would love to know about Media Writing. Could you make the second part about how a layperson, such as me, could understand it? Tell me about the course, EXCITE me about the course - Heck I may even take it, Dontchaknow? ;0
thestickman on Leaving University: What Will The Future Hold? on 8th, Jul 2010
Why is the second half of the article a verbatim repeat of the first half? Is this a mistake, an effort to see if anyone actually READ your article or is this just content-cramming; trying to 'fill the page?' I admire the subject and composition, but it is like reading the same chapter twice..
LagerHead on 28 Weeks Later: First Draft Parody Script on 6th, Jul 2010
I love it. Any movie that starts with America bashing is going to an instant hit, even if it doesn't have any basis in fact. On a similar note, I'm making a movie that starts with some well known "facts" about Great Britain, including the shitty food, horrible weather, and the fact that nobody owns toothbrushes. I think it will do all right as well.
Cheers, and don't choke on your fish and chips.

for Triond: Why It's Not For Some People on 15th, Jun 2010
I agree i gave up on Triond as theres so many appalling "articles" barely more than a paragraph. I prefer bukisa because of the word limit and rating system gives a better assesment of a writer. I saw someone suggest to bukisa on the questions page that the word limit should be reduced to a 100. I was shocked how can anyone see that as an article?
for Did Bukisa Scam You? on 12th, Jun 2010
Well said there's also people who open multiple accs then when they're closed down accuse Bukisa of sscamming them.
for Dealing With Suicide on 12th, Jun 2010
I can well imagine that this was difficult to write. Noone in my life has commited suicide but i've know friends who's family members have. It's great that you've shared your experience and how you've helped people. I cagree with what you say and I'm glad you point out the guilt approach as not being all that helpful Some people genuinly feel noone cares for them whilst others might feel family and friends are better off without them. It may be hard to believe but you're right. I think your ending was great advice.
