Nanci Arvizu last signed in May 07 2012 and has been on Bukisa since Nov 23, 2008.
I am a wife, mother and cowgirl, living in Arizona just outside of the Tonto National Forest north of Scottsdale. Living here, everyday is filled with inspiration; just being outside looking at the sky, sunrise or sunset, there is nothing like being in the saddle contemplating life and all its gifts.
I started my Virtual Assistant business so I could work from home, helping clients mostly with their marketing tasks. I've created website content, employee & procedure handbooks, newsletters and more. Now I work with clients to handle their social media, setting up profiles to correctly use key words to put them at the top of search results and manage their profiles and connections within networking sites.
In 2008 I started a Blog Talk Radio show called Page Readers where I interview authors about their work, in a 30 minute interview that is recorded and available as listen on demand long after the show is over. It's been so much fun getting to know all the the talented authors who have been my guests on the show.
Page Readers also introduced me to my current business partner, Aggie Villanueva. Aggie is a best selling author of fiction and non-fiction, a photographic artists and a publicity specialist. She came up with the idea to create a promotional business offering authors affordable services to promote their work.
In July 2009 we opened Promotion a la Carte and it's been non-stop ever since. With a menu of affordable services we work hard to create a buzz around every one of our clients and their work.
As a writer, I enjoy writing review articles, especially about the places I travel to, and where I live. Scottsdale, Arizon is a top travel destination and my goal is to spot light places that get tourists off the regular routes and treat them to the undiscovered gems the Sonoran Desert has to offer.
True Foods in the Scottsdale Quarter offers healthy eating in flavorful dishes.
When many people think of Arizona, they think Desert, or even deserted. But take a closer look and you will see the beauty Arizona has to offer.
What would happen if Little League Umpires were paid like Professional Sports Umpires?
Unfortunately for Religion, there are Humans involved. Why do people use their religion as a weapon?
Removing Womens Fast pitch Softball From the Olympic Games is a travesty to young girls everywhere.
If you live in or are visiting Phoenix or Scottsdale, Arizona, I highly recommend taking the time and the drive up to the Painted Horse Cafe, located north of the 101 off of Pima and Dynamite.
I haven't added any favorites yet.

I absolutely agree with your view of religion, I enjoyed reading it. I believe God was a theory long ago invented by someone who wanted an answer for his own questions, and other people began to be brainwashed into it and added more fuel to the idea that is God. God or religion is just a crutch for people so they can make excuses and I think it's for people who are looking for answers that they themselves can't find, they want to believe that there is someone else they can blame or put the responsibility on for leading their lives.

Religion was born out of man's fear of death which is the only thing that's sure in this world. Out of that fear they created so many things like heaven and hell which are all figments of man's imagination. I for one believes that when you die, you die. There's no such thing as heaven or hell. Just do good to all your fellowmen and everything should be alright.
Nice article Nanci!

I know what you mean! The ones out today are nothing compared to what used to be. The really good ones are the ones that get deep into your mind and give you an ending that you never saw coming. All gore, blood and boobs - been there, done that, would rather go see a comedy.
