As a state licensed autobody instructor, I hold numerous certificates, 5 of them ASE Master level for autobody repairs and estimating. I have worked for 16 years as an instructor, and another 6 years handling insurance claims and damage estimating.
I am a published writer and my writing has appeared in the Reader's Digest, Chicken Soup for the Soul,and in trade journals and on-line papers. I hold a technical writing certificate-degree from the U-W in Seattle.
