About Me:

When I was 18, I planned to open up a restaurant before the age of 30. I am now 31 and I have owned 2 and have now moved on to a new and exciting adventure. I believe that life is to short to live the same day twice so I am combining all of my interests and passions into one career that will take me on a tour of different worlds and cultures. I am an extremely passionate person and everything and everyone I come in contact with will experience this.

ChefLauren, Thank you for visiting my site. Thank you too, for this wonderful article. I see you have others about your travels through Europe. I am currently writing a book about the world's first detective, a historical biography, and Vidocq lived in 18th century France. The details of real life are the most fascinating of all, I think we are kindred souls.
