Hi there, Â I am a writer / sport psychologist / creative / business consultant / internet lover.

I love the mental side of sports. I believe everything is possible if we can change the way we think and our behaviour.
I am a writer. I write screenplays and hopefully a novel in the near future. I have loads of ideas and just not enough time to write them all out!
I worked for Accenture and specialised in Leadership development. This ties in with the Psychology I have trained in and is a particular interest of mine.
And I love the internet. I love the free sharing of knowledge and how amazingly easy life is now we have it.Â
AND....I am an expat living in Italy, currently learning the language - so there I am in black and white!

When In Rome....

Coaching can be a tough job. You are the team lead but you have to let them play. There is a prise balance between giving direction and letting a team play their game. You can but prepare a team to your best ability but on competition day, you must trust you team enough to let them perform.
