After six years as a classically trained musician, 24 years in the Air Force and a few years as an elementary school teacher, I believe it is time to tell what Iâ€™ve learned.

I believe we are all teachers to an extent, but many of us have learned (and adopted) an ineffective technique. We teach to the first learner. Iâ€™d like to be part of the group that changes that unwritten educational mantra.

My expertise is in jazz music, Organizational Management, corporate training, leadership and management techniques, recruiting, curriculum development, Instructional Systems Design, radar operations, Human Resource Management, and a host of other skill sets and knowledge bases Iâ€™ve honed over the years.
