How to fix printer with Continuous Inks supply system’s inks not flowing

Not flowing inks is a common problems encountered by users of printers installed with continuous inks supply system or CISS. This problem can be fixed by following these tips.

TIP 1. Make sure that your continuous inks supply system Inks reservoir or inks tanks were placed levelled with the printer. Placing inks tank lower than the printer can cause difficulty to the printer to pump the inks. Placing inks tanks higher that the printer can cause continuous flowing of inks from the reservoir to the ink cartridge in the printer. So place the inks levelled with the printer to avoid problems in inks flowing.

TIP 2. Perform a Printer Head Cleaning can help the printer to pump the inks in your inks reservoir and push it on the cartridge

TIP 3 . Perform a Ink Charge. Inks charging are the hard process of head cleaning that can help you if you did not succeed. Air bubbles can be pushed by the inks in the tubes by performing this method.

TIP 4. Pump the cartridge using the syringe to force the ink to flow and the ait bubbles that stock in the tube that causes the inks to stop flowing.
