How to fix printer did not detect all, one or more inks cartridges upon installation

This article will give you some tips on how to fix printer problems that cannot detect one or more cartridge upon installation or replacement. And also the same problems with printer installed with continuous Inks Supply system CISS. This is usually happen when you are using a replacement cartridges and not the original inks cartridges.

TIP 1. Remove the Ink cartridges and wire the chips with an eraser or cotton. Do not wipe the chips with a wet fabric to avoid shortage in its electronic circuits.

TIP 2. Check the cartridges chips. Make sure that is free from any scratches and damages. If there is damage replace the cartridge chips immediately

TIP 3. If you are using CISS or continuous inks supply system, reset the chips. CISS manufactures nowadays offers a Combo chips for their ink cartridges that has a resseter. It is convenient ti use because every time that the printer cannot detect the inks cartridge just press only the resseter in the chips.

TIP 4. Reset the inks cartridge chips using software resseter. Many software available only to reset the inks cartridges chips. One of these soft5ware is SSC service utility tool which allows you to refresh and reset the selected or all cartridges installed in the printer
