Best Frost Mage Arena Pvp Talent Spec 20/0/51

This is a great arena pvp spec that will keep you enemies moving super slow the whole game. You will get a lot of freezes and huge FB crits. Torment  the weak will keep your frost bolts hitting hard even if they are not frozen. You will have fun with this build in every bracket of arenas and you will come to love this in the battlegrounds.

Arcane

The next arcane / frost mage pvp arena talent you will get is 2/2 arcane subtlety. This will make it harder to dispel your freeze and your slowing so you can keep getting those big crits off for a few seconds longer.

The next arcane / frost mage pvp arena talent you will get is 3/3 arcane focus. This really only affects arcane, but is a filler point.

Frost

The next frost mage pvp arena talent you will get is 3/3 ice floes. Your frost nova and cone of cold will be used almost every cooldown. This will help you a lot in arenas.

The next frost mage pvp arena talent you will get is 3/3 ice shards. This crit damage bonus is huge because you will be critting a lot vs frozen targets.

The next frost mage pvp arena talent you will get is 2/2 frost warding. This gives you a nice advantage vs other casters.

The next frost mage pvp arena talent you will get is 3/3 permafrost. This makes chill a 60% slowing. This is really effective in 2v2.

The next frost mage pvp arena talent you will get is 1/1 cold snap. This is nice if you need another ice block or icy veins. Personally i use this to double IV.

The next frost mage pvp arena talent you will get is 2/2 cold as ice. This is a nice cooldown reducer. I would say that you will use ice barrier a lot every game.

The next frost mage pvp arena talent you will get is 1/1 summon water element. Ok, this thing really hits hard but it is squishy as you are. This is a great burst tool.

The next frost mage pvp arena talent you will get is 5/5 chilled to the bone. Now chill is a 70% snare and you get more damage on your frost bolt.

The next frost mage pvp arena talent you will get is 1/1 deep freeze. This just tops it all off. you get a silence with a deep freeze while bursting some crazy numbers. This is a great stun with a moderate cooldown.
