If you have answered yes to more than three of four of these, you may be an exercise junkie. If exercise has taken over every spare moment of your life, causing you to drop activities, friends and loved ones out of your schedule, you may want to reconsider the "new" you. Exercising is a great way to get in shape, but just like a drug, it can become an addiction.  If those you love are wondering where you have been, and it is always the gym, think about getting help.  You may not exercise yourself to death, but you can end up in the hospital.  It's your only chance at life.  Take time to enjoy it!
