Would you like to stop smoking, or at least reduce your smoking habbits. Any smoker knows that is the easier said then done. Here is some god tips on how to start with reducing your smoking habbits that have helped me in my process of stop smoking.

Would You like to reduce your smoking habbits, or even quit smoking? Now, any smoker knows this is easier said then done.

I will show you How I have reduced my smoking habbits through a couple of easy steps. Easy steps that you can follow to.

Ever since I been a child, I have known about smoking and how smoking habbits can be very hard to reduce or even quit. My mother have been smoking since she was 14 years old. I did not start to smoke untill I was 20.
fairly stupid I think, to even start in that old age.

For ten years ago I had a bad cold. I got sick on a trip to Spain with my family. When I came home, I went to see the doctor who told me I had to quit my smoking habbits. Now, any smoker knows this is easier said then done. I did set the goal to at least reduce my smoking habbits to start with.

Me and my family, mother and three sisters are all smokers. But, three yers ago, one of my sisters, 38 years old had a plug in one of her lungs. She was really ill and nearly left us. She and my mother, over 60 Years old,
ended their smoking habbits the very same day. However, I did not. I did not have the strenght enough. I was to addicted.

Smokers have vary smoking habbits. Some smokes more than one package a day, some smoke even more. Some people smoke when they are nervouse, some are social smokers. Some smoke indoors, and some smoke outdoors.

I am a outdoor smoker, never indoors. I used to be a social smoker, but I stopped doing that as a first step to follow my doctors order.

Step one in reduce my smoking habbits was - No more social smoiking.

For a year ago I started to explore the Internet world, and found social networking. writing and socialize online is the second way that have reduced my smoking habbits.

Being busy online make the time run away and you have forgott about having a smoke, a specially if you only smoke outdoors.

At my work we are not allowed to smoke in working hours. We are only allowed to smoke when we have ourlunch and Coffee brakes. And since those brakes are countable, there are not any smoke brakes to talk about.

So since I no longer do social smoking, and there is few smoking brakes at work, and since my spare time goes to social networking online indoors, there is no much time left for smoking. Therefor, I have reduced my smoking habbits and have less addiction.

I already feel god with my self, have great selfcontroll and my health have improved. However, I wish though, that there would be no cigaretts allowed to be sold any where, or even better, ever being made.
