If your having painful belly spasms you have the right to be irritable. Having bouts of diarrhea and constipation is no fun at all

  1. Step 1

    Irritable bowel syndrome (IBS) sometimes called spastic colon, it is a stressful condition and if you add any aggravation stress makes it even worse. Many people with IBS are desperate for relief that they go between doctor to doctor. The nerves lining the colons of many people with IBS is normally sensitive, and as a result the nerves controlling muscles in your tummy will over react to act like gas or the passing of food from a meal that you just ate. This result is spasms it either slows or speeds up the passage of stool through your colon. This also has a painful cycle of diarrhea and constipation

    Did you know that many people that have IBS don't go out that much? Most fear of always wanting to use the bathroom. Most symptoms happen right after a meal and are only relieved by a bowel movement. Now, when worrying about the use of a bathroom ups the chances of stress. When menstruation, and some diary products or fatty foods this can make your symptoms worse.

    Give yourself a tummy rub use some catnip oil yes I said catnip oil. You will use about 1/4 of it and mix with 1 teaspoon of massage oil you can use vegetable oil also start by rubbing your belly button. Rub in small gentle clockwise circles until you have covered your entire tummy. Now relax and start healing . You will start to feel a little better.

  4. Step 4

    Now here's another remedy that you can try . This will help your gut to chill out and leave you alone some. Mix slippery elm with water and drink
    Pour 1 cup of warm water over 1 teaspoon of slippery elm powder, stir and drink immediately drink first thing in the morning and right before you go to bed. Try to stay away from beans, and other type of foods that produce gas. Eat small meals instead of large ones, this will help your system to digestive your foods better. Always check with your doctor and be well.
