With the holiday's behind us and more coming up, we continually look for ways to hide those extra pounds that we have put on.

With the holiday's behind us and more coming up, we continually look for ways to hide those extra pounds that we have put on. There are many mistakes that we make when we are trying to look slimmer. I have collected some tips that we get you through those times when dieting is not fast enough.

Step 1

Stay away from loose fitting clothes. That is the one main thing that we should stay away from when trying to appear slimmer. Tailored clothes that are not tight are the best.

Step 2

Find well fitting undergarments. The best way to appear slimmer is to have undergarments that will make you look slimmer. Once you have the foundation, the outer layers will look great.

Step 3

Use a belt to bisect your middle. This probably sounds crazy, but it does work. Wear the belt across the middle of your waist.

Step 4

Use accessories to accent your assets. If you have a heavy bottom. stay away from bold bracelets, instead where a bold necklace to bring the eyes up and away from your bottoms half.One of the largest endocrine glands in the body, the thyroid gland is located at the base of one person’s neck and is responsible with regulating one’s growth and metabolism.
