An easy to make Guacamole Dip recipe that serves up 6 people.

Guacamole Dip is so easy to make and such a delicious addition to that spicy meal of tacos or enchiladas. It is great as a snack food as well, and can be served with plain chips or even crackers. The following recipe makes enough Guacamole Dip to serve six people. It is best to mix the dip up at least a couple of hours ahead of serving time. This way, the mixture has plenty of time to marinate in the fridge for an extra great flavor.

 Ingredients:

5 avocados peeled and pitted

1 and ½ tablespoons of lime juice

1 tablespoon of Sour Cream

½ diced fresh tomato

1 tablespoon of diced red onion

A dash of salt

 1) Begin by peeling and pitting the five avocados. The peel can be removed very easily with a knife. To pit them, simply slice them in half and remove the large brown seed in the middle.

2) Use a fork to mash the five peeled and pitted avocados in a mixing bowl. Keep mashing until the avocados have a texture that is smooth and creamy.

3) Once the avocados have been mashed well, add in the rest of the ingredients. The Guacamole Dip is best mixed to taste, so a tiny sample may be necessary here and there to see if it has the preferred flavor. Mix the ingredients well.

4) Once the lime juice, diced tomato, diced red onion, Sour Cream, and salt have been blended smoothly with the mashed avocados, stow the dip in the refrigerator until you are ready to serve it.
