Lemon and Honey Make the Top Weight Loss Diet

Everybody has heard of miraculous weight loss diets with exotic ingredients in them. Many of these diets cost a fortune and their effect, especially in the long term, is questionable. Sure, the best way to lose weight is never to overeat and to exercise a lot but very often our daily routines make it impossible to keep to such simple, yet efficient dieting rules.
Not long ago I heard from a friend about a very simple, yet efficient weight loss drink. No, it neither has exotic ingredients, nor promises to help a dieter lose 10 pounds in a week. It just helps to keep your weight under control. The recipe is as follows:
Every morning squeeze a lemon into a glass of hot water and add a teaspoonful of honey. Mix well and drink. Don't eat or drink anything else for the next hour or so.
It is very simple to do and it works! You can apply this for weeks on end without fears that it can ruin your metabolism or that you will get addicted to it. This diet is a natural remedy and it can't do you harm.
Of course, if you eat a lot during the rest of the day, don't expect that lemon and honey will compensate for your late snacks. But if you drink lemon and honey every morning and eat negative calorie foods for the rest of the day, this will certainly help you keep your weight under control. What is more, this weight loss drink helps for constipation, too!
If you are worried that so much lemon might cause a vitamins overdose, rest assured. Lemons contain Vitamin C but you can't overdose on Vitamin C. Just the opposite – drinking lemon and honey every morning will make you feel fresh and you can reduce the intake of artificial vitamins because a lemon is so rich in Vitamin C that it can provide your daily dosage.
