And some research finds that women who consume 300 mg caffeine or more a day, have a high risk for a miscarriage. And caffeine consumption increases the likelihood of premature birth or low birth weight. 

Although the research on caffeine beverage has not reached this point to the conclusion that limits how much can be consumed, it is better for pregnant women to reduce consumption that contain caffeine (coffee, tea, soda, chocolate or a combination) to 2 glasses a day or better to avoid beverages that contain caffeine this. 

This is surely why you should avoid beverages containing caffeine during your pregnancy, because: 

• caffeine will tap the heart and increase your metabolism, 

• the hard bed, 

• The fear, 

• Pain Management head. 

• stimulate the fluid in the stomach or cause heartburn acute (heartburn), caffeine is diuretic, so you will more often dispose of urine. 

• caffeine cause you to lose calcium. 

• And one thing most important why you should avoid or reduce the tea / coffee you, because the caffeine they contain phenol which causes the body difficult to absorb iron. In fact we know iron your body needs especially during this pregnancy. 


So it's all over we can assess that there is no nutritional value from the given caffeine make your pregnancy, not?

You rightly pointed out the harmful effects of caffeine inpregnancy, thnx for sharing. Caffeinemay be replaced by healthy snacking
