Filled trout

There is no doubt that trout is delicious,very healthy and appreciated by diet makers.

There is no doubt that many people like eating fish. There are others who do not like fish at all. But trout is appreciated as an ideal dish by the diet makers. This is so because the fish has low cholesterol and is suitable for many diets. It is one of the healthiest food and is highly recommended for people who are ill. This recipe is full with vitamins. Ingredients like onion,parsley and carrot contain lots of vitamins. The adding of the red wine makes the dish very tasty. This recipe is not difficult for preparation. It serves 4. The time for preparing it is about an hour. The trout is very delicious afterwards.

Ingredients:

4 trouts-about 300 gr each

200 gr mushrooms

2 fresh onions

Parsley

½ carrot

100 gr butter

Salt to taste

Black pepper powder

300 gr red wine

Method of preparation:

Chop the mushrooms and one of the onions. Mix them with the finely chopped parsley and the black pepper powder. Add some salt to taste. Clean the trouts and wash them. Fill the fish with the mixture. Chop the second onion and the carrot. Heat the butter into a pan. Fry the mixture and then add about 50 gr water. When the ingredients are mild place the filled trout into the pan and pour the red wine. Stew until ready. You can serve this delicious trout with baked potatoes or cooked potatoes. Enjoy with a glass of red wine!
