I agree with you 100%.. Your article conveys exactly what I had in min.. In fact the two important mistakes that some authors here do.. 1) Writing more number of small lo quality articles instead of writing long high quality articles.. Your article stresses the importance of quality over the number. 2) Relying only on the views from other Bukisa authors..This leads to commenting on articles only for the sake of commenting it, and in hopes of getting a comment back from the writer. I have seen people commenting on articles without even reading them. Comments such as ‘excellent article’, ‘well done’ are usually of this type. I agree with you about quality and about creating links at blogs and other websites to encourage those readers truly interested in a specific topic to read your article. I have had the most success this way also.

Also, I went into this understanding that it could take 1-2 years to develop a following/readership, to write and publish enough articles (at about 100 now) to see a monthly income. It takes time to build this up, so one shouldn’t expect to make big money. While you don’t get a good flat fee per article, you will get residual income from each article for as long as it stays published at Bukisa—thus it could end up paying way more than a flat rate.

Hey nice article. I have a question for you guys. My earnings are always changing, sometimes ill look at them and ill have like 7 views then next time they have 1. My earnings and views are always screwed up. Also it says I have 5 things published when i actually have 7. Im getting frustrated because it seems like Bukisa has alot of bugs or something. Help would be very much appreciated, thanks
