Sinuses driving you crazy? Is phlegm your enemy that won't go away? Find sinus pressure relief naturally!

There is a variety of ways to relieve sinus pressure and infections naturally, so let's get started! Following are three different methods to bring you relief.

How to Find Sinus Pressure Relief Naturally, Tip #1: Eucalyptus Steam Inhalation

Similar to an old fashioned steam facial, this method is a nice, natural way to find sinus pressure relief.

What You'll Need:

  • a towel
  • water
  • big bowl
  • a kettle
  • Eucalyptus Oil

What You'll Do:

  • pour the water in the kettle
  • place it on high heat
  • once it's boiled, pour it into the bowl (make sure you sit the bowl on a sturdy surface like a table or counter)
  • add a couple of drops of the Eucalyptus Oil
  • without getting your face too close to the water, lean over the bowl, covering your head with the towel to lock in the steam
  • relax, closing your eyes, and breathing deeply for about 10 minutes

Note: If, for any reason, you feel smothered or like you can't breathe, take a break.

Fun Fact: Eucalyptus Oil contains an expectorant, which helps coughs, colds, and congestion.

How to Find Sinus Pressure Relief Naturally, Tip #2: Tried and True Vaporizer

Many households already have a vaporizer sitting in the hall closet or out in the garage. Why not take advantage of it? (You don't have to be a child to reap the benefits of a vaporizer.)

What You'll Need:

  • a vaporizer
  • water
  • Eucalyptus Oil
  • time

What You'll Do:

  • fill the vaporizer with the water up to the suggested mark
  • put a few drops of Eucalyptus Oil in
  • plug the vaporizer in and place in on the floor near the head of the bed where congested person will be sleeping
  • allow it to do it's magic

How to Find Sinus Pressure Relief Naturally, Tip #3: Organic Apple Cider Vinegar

This is an easy one! Simply add a splash of vinegar to the vaporizer in place of the Eucalyptus Oil. It's also very effective in helping congestion and tight lungs.

Most individuals will notice immediate relief after any of these treatments.

Caution/Warning: Never apply Eucalyptus Oil directly to the skin. Don't ingest it internally. As always, keep the bottle away from small children.
